Please note that you may experience slight delays in deliveries due to widespread shipping restrictions and screening, both for US and international orders. Know that we as well as our shipping partners are trying our best to ensure the fastest delivery time possible for our customers.

  • Refund or replacement if you don’t receive your order;
  • Refund or replacement if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (60 business days not including 1-3 processing days);
  • Refund or replacement if the item is not as described;
  • Refund or replacement for damaged item(s) or parts

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. provided the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances that are outside of our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

For most products and circumstances, Gadsio offers a 20 days money back guarantee so that you can shop from our store without worrying about anything.

We totally understand that you might change your mind after placing an order with us and may want to cancel it. Just let us know on time and we will cancel it for you with a full refund. However, cancellations might not be possible if the product has already been dispatched from our side.

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. While we try our best to ship most products to our customers within the declared period, international shipping can be very complicated sometimes and your order might get delayed due to reasons that are outside of our control. This is why we are unable to cater to any such dispute until the guaranteed delivery time of 60 days has passed and request you to wait patiently understanding that there is not much we can do in these cases.

If it has been more than 60 days and you still have not received your order, kindly get in touch with us and we will be happy to offer you a full refund or send out a replacement.

If your tracking results show that the product has been delivered to you but you have not received it, we will be happy to send out a new one or refund your amount but a non-delivery certificate issued by your local post office with official seal will be needed by us to file a dispute with the shipping company.

If the order was delayed or misplaced due to an error from your side such as placing order with wrong shipping address or not providing a correct phone number, Gadsio will not be liable in such circumstances. If you filled wrong information by mistake while placing your order, kindly contact us immediately with the new information and we will try our best to update it in our system as long as the product has not already been dispatched from our facility.

Please note that your items might be held at your local post office due to non-delivery issues so it is always a good idea to check with them first before contacting us to save your precious time.

Gadsio takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situations, international situations, strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, viruses, storms, heavy snow & customs inspection etcetera.

Gadsio will offer a full refund or replacement if the products you received are badly damaged. 

For minor damages such as a few scratches, we also offer partial refunds.

All damage related disputes must be sent to us by email within 3 days of receiving the product to claim the refund. Our shipping partners require us to submit proof of damages to file such a dispute therefore we kindly request you to attach a few photos and videos in your dispute email that clearly visualize the claimed damages. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your product(s) or some parts of it are missing or do not match the product description, please contact us by email along with pictures or videos of the product and issue details. We will be happy to offer you full/partial refund or a replacement depending upon the circumstances.

Gadsio will happily accept returns due to most reasons as long as the request is received by us within 20 days of you receiving the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need its receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused. The return shipping costs shall be paid by the customer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed and you will receive either full or partial value of the product as a refund depending upon circumstances into your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All returns must be sent to our main warehouse in China. We highly encourage you to use a tracked shipping method while sending returns as Gadsio will not be responsible if the item(s) gets lost or damaged while in transit for returns.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Some health and personal care items

Please do not send back any item(s) until we request you to do so. 

If you face any kind of problem with your item(s), kindly email us your complete order details, issues, pictures/videos and other relevant information. We will look into your request as soon as possible and guide you through next steps as well as possible remedies. In cases where we request you to return the item(s) to our warehouse in China for a refund, we will send you complete instructions along with the address.
